“I signed up with Lucas last November to focus on my flexibility during lockdown. I’ve learned so much from following his programs… not just an increase in strength and range. It didn’t matter to Lucas that I wasn’t a coach and was starting fairly raw. He helps each person with their own individual pursuits which definitely takes patience on his part 🤣 and is more than willing to share his wealth of knowledge.  I previously had a back op so never expected to be able to do a back bridge but that was achieved within about a fortnight. (Am still perfecting it😉). Lucas’s videos and programs are simple to follow and very clear in directions and cues. My goal was to diminish my chronic back and shoulder pain that I’ve been living with for 13 years. I was searching for relief in any way possible and decided to try a range of strength program. Two months later I am constantly telling my wife that I feel like I’m 15 years younger but more importantly, it has shifted my thinking to larger possibilities. I am at that infant stage but I feel more in control of my mind and body than ever before.
